Pricing + Credits

Crux pricing and credit usage are designed to keep the local safety baseline free while charging for agent acceleration, collaboration, managed services, and private deployment depth.

Plans

  • Crux is the free local daemon: MCP basics, facts, sessions, constraints, local receipts, private scoping, workspace scan/storyline, tenant isolation, and durable local fact/session semantics.
  • Pro is CueCrux Pro: Agent Workbench. It includes all MemoryCrux capabilities, Agent Brief Pro, token-budgeted Context Packs, Change Impact Preflight, Command/Test Ledger history, Audit Triage Mode, Reasoning Timeline, Handoff v2, Route Probe Lab, API/scope drift checks, semantic policy simulation, first-party action enrichers, richer console views, and collaboration/governance features.
  • Max is for private placement: everything in Pro plus full onsite GPU support, private-stack deployment, dedicated capacity sizing, backups, runbooks, and deployment engineering.

Local, cloud-only, or hybrid Pro

Pro is one product with three operating modes:

  • Local-first keeps the Crux daemon as the working copy and calls managed Pro services, including CoreCrux GPU-1, with scoped payloads for gated compute.
  • Cloud-only lets systems connect directly to the hosted Pro store and MCP/REST surfaces without running a local daemon.
  • Hybrid uses cloud-to-local mirror sync for shared tenant memory so work can continue locally during a cloud outage.

Local private memory is not uploaded by default. Shared cloud tenant memory can mirror down to local devices. Local-to-cloud writeback is an explicit promotion flow or tenant-policy-governed collection sync.

Tenants and offboarding

Personal and business memory should live in separate tenants. Business tenant mirrors can be wiped locally when a user leaves, producing signed wipe-proof receipts without deleting personal tenant memory.

Replay and audit

Deterministic replay renders the stored answer and exact evidence capsule from the original job without involving the original agent or LLM. Current validity checks are separate and can report superseded chunks, Living Object drift, or projection module changes.

Credits overview

  • Retrieval and selected operations consume credits.
  • Pro users can use personal or business tenants and pool credits as part of a team.
  • Additional Crux compute can be bought as capacity without changing data ownership or tenant boundaries.
  • Credit cost details are returned in API responses where applicable.
  • Conversion, tipping, and pooled-credit surfaces are policy controlled and auditable.
