How the pieces connect

Three tiers and one rule. Surfaces talk to reasoning, reasoning stands on the substrate, and the trust plane runs through all of it: requests ride passports downward, receipts come back up, and there is no write path that bypasses the spine. Supervision watches from outside the arrows on purpose.

One spine, no side doors: every arrow in this picture carries a passport on the way down and mints a receipt on the way back up. Supervision (WatchCrux) reads the same receipts from the outside; it holds no write path.
