VaultCrux Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines prohibited and restricted uses of VaultCrux. It applies to all users, tenants, and workspace members.
1. Lawful use only
You must not use VaultCrux for illegal activity, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or third-party rights.
2. No unauthorized data access
You must not attempt to:
- exfiltrate secrets, credentials, keys, or protected data;
- bypass authentication, authorization, tenant boundaries, or access controls;
- gain unauthorized access to third-party systems or data.
3. No malware or harmful operations
You must not use VaultCrux to create, distribute, or operate malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, or other harmful code.
4. No deceptive or abusive behavior
You must not:
- impersonate another person, business, or authority;
- distribute deceptive, fraudulent, or intentionally misleading content;
- abuse the service through automated misuse, scraping of prohibited sources, or evasion of controls.
5. Respect third-party terms and licenses
You are responsible for ensuring your uploads, prompts, and connected data sources comply with applicable licenses, contractual restrictions, and third-party platform terms.
6. No use as a sales marketplace
VaultCrux is not a marketplace for third-party sellers. You must not use VaultCrux checkout or hosted flows to list, broker, or sell third-party products or services to end customers.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend or terminate access where activity creates security, legal, or compliance risk. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required.
